Sixteen year old Hopiness’ wheelchair tennis talent Jef Vandorpe has won both singles and doubles titles in Amiens (France, ITF 1 Series) last weekend.
Jef had a busy week in France. He participated in four series: boys’ singles, boys’ doubles (with Nalani Buob), men’s singles and men’s doubles (with Joachim Gérard). Only in the men’s singles he didn’t make it to the final. In the quarters his big idol Joachim was too strong: 6-3 and 6-2.
In men’s doubles he lost the final with Joachim, but in the junior’s series he was the best in both singles and doubles.
