Lasting support and accompaniment adapted to each talent
Once selected by Hopiness, the talent receives the Hopiness Talent Support Program.
This program consists of:
1) Effective, professional human support:
- Accompaniment of talents in their personal development, their choice of and consolidation in their sports area and the preparation of their post-career, all in an ethical manner.
- Management of their career: from negotiation of contracts to image management.
2) Financial support:
- An advance to cover a part of elite sports costs (e.g. coaches, travel expenses, medical costs, etc.).
- Determined based on the talent’s discipline, age and needs.
